Lemonade and Espresso

Cold lemonade with a shot poured through it. The same idea as the tonic and a sweeter, rounder drink for it.

Method

  1. Fill the glass with ice and lemonade.

  2. Pull a double and pour it over the back of a spoon to layer it.

Notes

Sweeter than the tonic version, so it takes the bitterness of a darker shot better than tonic does.
