A double under steamed milk with a proper cap of foam, dusted. The shorter, denser end of the milk drinks.

Pull a double into the cup.
Steam the milk to a dense, glossy microfoam rather than a loose bubbly one.
Pour it in, keeping a real cap of foam on top.
Dust over the top.
The difference from a latte is the milk volume and the density of the foam, not the order things are poured. A cappuccino is the shorter drink with the thicker cap.
